1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 11kbs ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 11kbs website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 11kbs platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 11kbs platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the 11kbs platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gambling;
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 11kbs or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 11kbs platform or any affiliated platform;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

11kbs reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 11kbs may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the 11kbs platform commits a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 11kbs reserves the right to immediately terminate the account, void all winnings, and retain any deposited funds to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 11kbs, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 11kbs. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account ownership: Your 11kbs account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.
• Verification: 11kbs may require you to verify your identity, address, and payment methods before activating your account or processing any withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure required under applicable regulations.

11kbs reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 11kbs account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify 11kbs support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.

11kbs will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from 11kbs that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All transactions and gaming activity conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized them, unless you have notified 11kbs of unauthorized access prior to the activity in question. 11kbs shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

11kbs accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed on the deposit page within your account.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on 11kbs:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• 11kbs does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 11kbs accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 11kbs account in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within one to three business hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• 11kbs reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where the amount is unusually large or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial crime.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 11kbs are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified 11kbs account. 11kbs does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the identity verification (KYC) process to the satisfaction of 11kbs. This may include submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled at the time.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account at the time of the request.
• 11kbs reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from your withdrawable balance at the time of the withdrawal request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 11kbs may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all 11kbs promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be claimed by players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review.
• Each promotion will specify applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential account termination.
• 11kbs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect players who have already accepted the offer and are in the process of meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, the decision of 11kbs shall be final and binding.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 11kbs platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by 11kbs or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are independently verified and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate of the game.

By participating in any game on 11kbs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and the rules of the game, and is not influenced by previous game outcomes, bet sizes, or any other external factor;
• You understand the rules of the game you are playing before placing real-money bets. Game rules are available within each game interface;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 11kbs will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded to your account balance;
• 11kbs reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where there is evidence of a technical error, software fault, or any other circumstance that has produced an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11kbs platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, in connection with deposits or withdrawals;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 11kbs staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

11kbs is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 11kbs account;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 11kbs platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any funds deposited during the exclusion period will be returned, with winnings forfeited.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 11kbs platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of 11kbs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 11kbs platform without the prior written consent of 11kbs. Any unauthorized use of 11kbs intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11kbs, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

The 11kbs platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 11kbs makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

11kbs collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on 11kbs, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11kbs implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and 11kbs cannot guarantee absolute security.

14 Amendments to Terms

11kbs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 11kbs will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 11kbs platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

15 Termination & Suspension

11kbs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• 11kbs has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity in connection with your account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• You are found to be ineligible to use the platform (e.g., under 21 years of age, or accessing from a restricted jurisdiction);
• Regulatory requirements or a court order requires 11kbs to do so.

Upon termination for cause, 11kbs reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 11kbs support. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 11kbs, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 11kbs support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines.

11kbs operates in alignment with PAGCOR regulatory standards. Players who believe that a dispute has not been resolved fairly by 11kbs may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
